Caledonian Holdings, the AIM-quoted investing company, has been informed that, following admission of the 33,080,000,000 ordinary shares to trading on AIM earlier today, Chris Cooke, Non-Executive Director, is interested in 3.72% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Cooke's holding of 1,935,376,945 ordinary shares of the Company remains unchanged.
