3 December 2008 Personal Group Holdings plc (the Company) DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed by Mr Robert Pease, that on 3 December 2008 he sold 6,675 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.02 of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 209.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Pease is interested in 88,341 shares, representing 0.29 % of the total shares in issue.
