Director Shareholding

KSK Power Ventur plc ("KSK" or "the Company"), the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, received notification yesterday from Keith Henry, of his acquisition on the same day of 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("KSK Shares"), at a price of 110.6 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Keith Henry owns 10,000 KSK Shares representing 0.006% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and has options over 350,000 new KSK Shares.
