These shares were initially granted as restricted stock on 25 January 2007, andwere to vest over a three year period beginning on 1 January 2008. As part ofMr Thomas' move to a Non-Executive Directorship, the Board revised the terms ofthis restricted stock. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM and it isexpected that dealings in these shares will commence on 4 May 2007.
