DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 23 June 2011 that, following the exercise of an option in respect of 10,765 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") announced on 12 April 2011, Alan Henderson, a director of the Company, sold 10,765 Ordinary Shares on 20 May 2011.

Following this sale, Mr. Henderson has a beneficial interest in 14,527 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
