Director Shareholding

As a result of the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 1 June 2017 and approved at the General Meeting held on 20 June 2017, Karen O'Mahony, non-executive Director of Tri-Star, has a beneficial interest in 82,064,749 Ordinary Shares. The shares are held by Private Equity Advisors Limited, a company in which Ms O'Mahony has a 75% equity interest.
