Director Shareholding
The Company is pleased to announce that it was informed on August 27, 2010 that Ms. Theresa Plummer - Andrews, an independent non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,275 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 129p per share on August 27, 2010. Following this transaction, Ms. Plummer's beneficial interest is 2,275 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.006 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
