Waterman Group PLC05 April 2005 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited today purchased10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a priceof 97.5p per share. Following this purchase, Waterman Trustees Limited holds100,141 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.36 per cent. of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company. The Company was also today informed that the 10,000 Ordinary Shares referred toabove were purchased from Mr N J Taylor, a director of the Company, at 97.5p pershare.
