Director Shareholding
Enteq Upstream plc, the oil & gas field services company, today announces that it was informed on 13 August 2012 that Iain Paterson transferred 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at nil consideration from a personal holding into a nominee account held by TD Direct Investing.
As a result of the transfer Iain Paterson's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
