Director Shareholding 

The Company announces that on 11 September 2008, Pat Harrison, a director of 32Red, exercised 250,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company at an exercise price of 2.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Harrison's total holding in the Company is 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each. 

Application has been made for the ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with all existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 17 September 2008.
