Director Shareholding
Omega, the AIM listed medical diagnostics company, announces that David Evans, Chairman of the Company, has today transferred 1,744,000 shares at 10p each into his Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP). Following this transaction his total beneficial holding remains the same at 2,870,134 being 3.37 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
