Hornby PLC21 June 2005 21 June 2005 Hornby Plc Director Shareholding On 21 June 2005, Hornby Plc (the "Company") was informed that the HornbyEmployee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") acquired by acquisition in the market on 20June 2005, at an average price of 221.0p per share, a total of 164,861 ordinaryshares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.44% in the capital of theCompany. On the same day, under the terms of the Trust, 130,804 Ordinary Shareswere transferred to beneficiaries of the Trust, including 39,175 Ordinary Sharesto Frank Martin and 23,272 Ordinary Shares to John Stansfield, both executivedirectors of the Company. Frank Martin and John Stansfield immediately soldthese Ordinary Shares at 220.0p per share.
