Director Shareholding

The Company announces that it was notified on 7 October 2015 that on that date the Mullens Family Super Fund Pty Ltd as trustee for the Mullens Family Superannuation Fund had acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Peter Mullens, CEO of the Company, has a beneficial interest in the holding of the Mullens Family Super Funds Pty Ltd. Following this acquisition, Peter Mullens' interest in the capital of the Company is 37,623,852 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
