Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 25 February 2013 that Raymond Garcia, Chief Operating Officer, acquired on 25 February 2013 10,594 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71p per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Raymond Garcia has an interest in 509,196 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.86 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
