Hornby PLC01 March 2005 1 March 2005 Hornby Plc ("Hornby" or the "Company") Notification of interests of Directors and Connected Persons The Company was informed earlier today that on 28 February 2005 Mr Neil Johnson,non-exec chairman of the Company, transferred 250,000 ordinary Hornby shares toa family trust to the benefit of his adult children. As a consequence of thistransfer, Mr Johnson's resulting shareholding is 50,000 ordinary shares,representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the company.
