18 April 2006 Personal Group Holdings Plc DIRECTOR'S SHARE PURCHASE Mr J F Pardoe has today purchased 10,825 Personal Group Holdings Plc ordinaryshares at ‚£2.725 per share.Under the terms of Mr Pardoe's bonus agreement the shares were purchased fromthe Group's share scheme trustee (Personal Group Trustees Ltd) at the closingmid-market price on 27 March 2006, the date on which Personal Group HoldingsPlc's close period ended.The total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Pardoe as at 18 April 2006 was46,529.ENDPERSONAL GROUP HOLDINGS PLC
