Glen Group PLC02 August 2006 Glen Group plc ("the Company") Director's dealing The Company announces that it was notified today that Graham John Duncan, ChiefExecutive Officer, bought 282,106 ordinary shares in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") today at a price of £0.0075 per share. Following this purchase MrDuncan is interested in 22,821,314 Ordinary Shares representing 6.96 per cent.of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company also announces that it was notified today that Peter James Ford, NonExecutive Director, bought 282,106 ordinary shares in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") today at a price of £0.0075 per share. Following this purchase Mr Fordis interested in 20,014,475 Ordinary Shares representing 6.11 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company.
