Director's shareholding

Anpario plc ("the Company") announces that it was notified today of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 23p each.

On 25 September 2013 Karen Prior, Group Finance Director, purchased 12,750 Ordinary shares of 23p each, at a price of 202.5p per share. Following the purchase Mrs. Prior's shareholding in the Company is 52,571 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital.
