Gama Aviation Plc, one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, has been informed that Marwan Khalek, Chief Executive Officer, has today transferred 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company to satisfy personal and businesses commitments.

Following this transfer, Mr. Khalek has a beneficial interest of 13,924,502 ordinary shares representing approximately 32.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
