BioProjects International PLC01 June 2005 BioProjects International PLC ("the Company") Exercise of warrants Directors' shareholdings Following the exercise of warrants at 1p per share on 31 May 2005, the Companyannounces that it has today issued 23,000,000 new ordinary shares. Certain ofthese shares were issued to Directors of the Company, including Dr Richard Dixey, who sold 500,000 shares at a price of 2p per share on 27 May 2005, and today afurther 500,000 shares at a price of 1.75p per share.
