Director's Share Purchase

Pathfinder Minerals Plc was informed on 26 October 2012 that John McKeon, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 26 October 2012 at a price of 1.9 pence per Ordinary Share, increasing his personal holding to 47,964,700 Ordinary Shares.

As a result of this purchase, John McKeon's total interest in Pathfinder Minerals, including 80,245,000 Ordinary Shares held through Old Church Street Holdings Limited (owned by Equinox Trustees for a trust of which John McKeon is the primary discretionary beneficiary), is now 128,209,700 Ordinary Shares, equal to 12.36 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
