The Company has been notified that on 9 October 2018, Hans Jochum Horn, Chairman of JKX, purchased 100,000 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares") at 43.0 pence per share.
Following the purchase Hans Jochum Horn has an interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.058 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
