Specialty metal exploration and development company Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF) (AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 6 June 2013 that on the same day, Penwerris Pty Ltd as trustee for the JWM Superannuation Fund, being a trust in which Mr J Williams, a director of the Company, has an interest, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares at an average price of A$0.28 (17.3p).

Following the acquisition Mr Williams is interested in 80,000 ordinary shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
