Walker Greenbank PLC27 November 2006 For immediate release 27 November 2006 WALKER GREENBANK PLC ("Walker Greenbank" or "the Company") Director Share Purchase Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishingsbusiness whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, hasbeen informed that on 24 November 2006 Charles Gray, a Non-Executive Director ofthe Company, purchased a further 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany at a price of 39.72p per share. The shares are registered in the name ofCharles Gray's wife, Marjorie Ann Gray. Mr Gray's resultant shareholding is 150,000 shares, equivalent to 0.25 per centof the Company's issued share capital.
