Cello Group plc07 June 2005 7 June 2005 Cello Group plc Grant of Options to Director The board of Cello Group plc ("Cello") announces that Mark Bentley, GroupFinance Director, has today been granted options in accordance with hiscontractual entitlement on joining Cello on 3 May 2005. The grant of options isover 81,633 Ordinary Shares of 10p each under the Cello EMI Scheme and 81,633Ordinary Shares of 10p each under the Cello Unapproved Scheme. The options areexercisable between 3 and 10 years from the date of grant, at an exercise priceof 122.50p.
