Intelligent Energy Holdings plc (the "Company") has today been notified of the following purchase of ordinary shares of the Company.

On 13 June 2016, Paul Heiden, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 375,441 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.25p per share.

Following this purchase, the number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in which Mr Heiden is beneficially interested is 415,441, or 0.22% of the Company's total issued share capital.
