- Simon McGivern, Group CEO, has sold 11,598,303 ordinary shares of 0.5p in Oberon at 3.6p per share on 20 October 2023. Following the share purchase, Simon McGivern will hold 41,158,622 shares in Oberon, representing 6.78% of its issued share capital.
- Joanna McGivern, a person closely associated with Simon McGivern, has sold 650,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p in Oberon at 3.6p per share on 20 October 2023.
- Mike Cuthbert, Chairman, has purchased 140,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p in Oberon at 3.6p per share on 20 October 2023. Following the share purchase, Mike Cuthbert will hold 484,827 shares in Oberon, representing 0.08% of its issued share capital.
- Galin Ganchev, Finance Director, has purchased 138,888 ordinary shares of 0.5p in Oberon at 3.6p per share on 20 October 2023. Following the share purchase, Galin Ganchev will hold 138,888 shares in Oberon, representing 0.02% of its issued share capital.
