The Company has been notified today that during the period 19 April 2012 to 23 April 2012, Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, acquired 16,864 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 230.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company is 158,595 Ordinary Shares representing 0.22% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified today that on 24 April 2012, Alex Bevis, Finance Director and Company Secretary, acquired 4,898 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 229.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 32,737 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
