Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on 20 July 2016, Chief Operating Officer Keith Lewis purchased 338 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 338 pence per share for his ISA and on the same day his SIPP purchased 972 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') also at 338 pence per share.
Mr Lewis' total interest in the Company increases to 285,000 shares, representing 0.92% of the Company's issued Share capital.
