In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company has been informed that Patrick O'Donnell Bourke, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Pantheon Infrastructure plc. Pantheon Infrastructure plc's shares are to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 8am on 16 November 2021.
