In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), Headlam announces that Alison Littley, Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Xaar plc with effect from 1 May 2020.

In 2019, Headlam worked with 190 suppliers from 19 countries and fulfilled 5.3 million customer orders.
