The following information is given subsequent to the announcement made on 13 October 2015 that Andrew Fisher has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Marks and Spencer Group plc from 1 December 2015.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules Andrew has confirmed that he is currently a Non-Executive Director of Moneysupermarket.com.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules, he has advised that he has no details to disclose.
