Superdry announces that Keith Edelman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Headlam Group plc ("Headlam") with effect from 1 October 2018 and will be appointed Senior Independent Director of Headlam on 1 January 2019.
