In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A. announces that Colin Maltby, a member of the Supervisory Board, has informed the Company of his appointment to the Board of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 January 2013.

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited is a company incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
