Vesuvius plc announces that Nelda Connors, a Non-executive Director of Vesuvius plc, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of CLARCOR Inc. effective from 11 April 2016. CLARCOR Inc. is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:CLC).

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
