The Company has been notified that Margaret Ford, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, a non-executive director of Taylor Wimpey plc, has been appointed a non-executive director of STV Group plc with effect from 1st June 2013. The Company has been advised, further, that she will become non-executive Chairman of STV Group plc following the retirement of the present incumbent on 31st August 2013.

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
