Notification in Accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11

The Company announces that James Mack, Executive Director and Chief Financial Offer, will assume responsibility for the Group's Mortgages Division on an interim basis following the resignation of Charles Haresnape as Group Managing Director - Mortgages. The change will be effective from 5 April 2017, until a permanent appointment is made in due course.

James will remain a member of the Board and continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules.
