Tullett Prebon plc announces that Roger Perkin, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has notified the Company that he is to join the board of Resolution Limited as a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee following the Annual General Meeting of Resolution Limited on 16 May 2013, subject to FCA and PRA approval.

This notification is made in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
