In accordance with Rule 9.6.14(2) of the UK Listing Rules, Cranswick plc ("the Company") gives notice that Mark Reckitt, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive director of Hill & Smith Holdings plc with effect from 1 June 2016.
We also note that Mark has resigned as a non-executive Director of J D Wetherspoon with effect from today's date.
