Kirsten Charlotte Valeur Adu, a non-executive Director of 3i Infrastructure plc, was appointed a Director of Brevan Howard Credit Catalysts Limited on 31 October 2010. Brevan Howard Credit Catalysts Limited was listed on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 14 December 2010. 3i Infrastructure plc was notified of this on 14 December 2010.
