Pursuant to LR 9.6.14R, Hilton Food Group plc announces that Christine Cross, Non-Executive Director, has advised the Company that, effective from today, she has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Coca-Cola European Partners plc which will be listed on Euronext London, Euronext Amsterdam, the New York Stock Exchange and the Madrid Stock Exchange.
