Ocado Group plc ("Ocado" or the "Company") announces that Gavin Pattterson, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc with effect from 1 July 2026. Gavin will also become a member of the Remuneration Committee of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc upon his appointment to that board.

The Board of Ocado has considered Gavin Patterson's commitments and is satisfied that he has sufficient time to continue to fulfil his responsibilities as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

This notification has been made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2).
