Bankers Petroleum Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results and Election ofDirectors CALGARY, May 20, 2015 /CNW/ - Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers" or the"Company") (TSX: BNK, AIM: BNK) is pleased to announce that 148,146,895 shares(56.72% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares) were represented at theAnnual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 20, 2015 (the "Meeting") and all ofthe resolutions were duly passed. Specifically, all of the nine Directornominees proposed in the Company's management information circular, dated April14, 2015, were elected as Directors of the Company.
