Dublin, London, 7 February 2019: C&C Group plc (the "Company") announced the appointment of Mr Jim Thompson to the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Mr. Thompson compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

Mr. Thompson serves on the board of directors of Millicom International Cellular SA, a publicly quoted company.
