UK Mail Group plc. announces that Michael Findlay, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of UK Mail Group plc, has retired as Co-Head of Investment Banking for the UK and Ireland at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has been appointed as Chairman of Morgan Sindall Group plc. with effect from 3 October 2016.

This announcement is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
