In accordance with LR 9.6.14R(2), the Company notifies that Avril Palmer-Baunack, Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Safe Harbour Holdings plc, an investing company quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, with admission to trading having become effective on 15 March 2018.
