NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S DETAILS

HomeServe plc (the "Company") announces that Mark Morris, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, was appointed as the Chairman of Motorpoint Group plc ("Motorpoint") on 12 April 2016.

Motorpoint was today admitted to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
