The Company announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been informed today by Malcolm Butler, the CEO of the Company, that Brigantes Energy Limited, a private company of which Mr. Butler is Chairman and Executive Director, entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation on 31 March 2017.
