Philip Austin, a non-executive Director of 3i Infrastructure plc, was appointed a Director of Invesco Property Income Trust Limited on 14 February 2013. Invesco Property Income Trust Limited was listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Island Stock Exchange with effect from 28 September 2004. 3i Infrastructure plc was notified of this appointment on 14 February 2013.
