Access Intelligence has been informed that on Friday 18 July 2014 Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 2.9 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr Jackson holds 24,865,858 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.58% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
